how to enable show performance goal attachments page property in vb studio on performance document

Summary:

We are trying to show page property showPerformanceGoalAttachments to true on Performance Document page for worker self evaluation page.We have this page property available to control property to true or false.It is n ot making any difference.We are trying this funcitonality on 24C env.Any inputs please.
