API or Webservice for supplier registration questionaries and response through attachment

Summary:

We have a requirement to send External Supplier Registration questionnaire and responses to a third party system.
Supplier is registered through the External Registration Link as a Prospective Supplier. And Approved.

So do we any API or Webservice using that we can get the questionaries and response in a attachment?
