Redwood Performance Spotlight not working

Hello experts,

we already enabled Redwood in our instance, and if you go to My Team> Career and Performance then click the name of the employee, the page is just spinning and not returning any pages.

The same happens when you go to Performance> Click the name of the employee under the Perf Documents.

Is there any privileges that we need to add? We also assigned the seeded Line Manager role, but the issue still persists.
