Redwood: Goals Center - Performance Goals - page just spins

Summary:

We are currently testing Goals Center in Redwood (Me > Career and Performance > Goal Center) however, for our test employee in Performance, the page just spins. The Development Goals is working as expected, goals are appearing and we can view/add dev goals. Our test employee can immediately see the Development goals.

We have validated the following below. Is there anything missing that's why Performance Goals is not showing up?

1. In RUI, employee is able to view/open/edit Goals (Me > Career and Performance > Goals)
2. Goal Plan has been assigned
3. User has the following Roles

Manage Performance Goal
Manage Performance Goal by Manager
