Advanced Collection - notes - Buggy behavior

Advanced Collection - Notes are not getting saved UNLESS user saves 2 times

Problem Description

We think this is a bug and needs fixed.
See following flow
1. Collector - opens up an invoice under an account and enters a note
2. Hits save and close for the note
3. Hits okay
4. Exits - this note does NOT GET SAVED and does not reflect in zmm_notes table

If user does following
1. Collector - opens up an invoice under an account and enters a note
2. Hits save and close for the note
3. Hits okay
4. Saves at the right hand corner on the account level
