Can we add Requested Delivery date column in Purchase Order Approval email body notification

We have request to add Requested Delivery Date in approval mail notification body. we are not able to edit the RTF template from PurchaseDocumentEmailReport , when we download the template we see Empty template. As per below KM we even Procurement Administrator role.
