We schedule all the Benefits Scheduled processes using our scheduler ID. To provide access to the output files from these Benefits Scheduled processes, we created a custom role for some of our Benefits users through the 'Tools - Scheduled Processes' navigation with the below steps from docs.oracle.com but the users are not able to access the output files in excel (like we would through the 'Evaluation and Reporting' navigation). How can we make the output files available in excel through the Tools - Scheduled Processes navigation?
