Redwood 24C: Employees are not receive notification when HR update or edit employee's goal

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have an issue where employees are not receiving notification when HR Admins edit the employee's goals.

The issue can be replicated using the following Navigation:
My Client Group » Goals » Search for Employee » Select Goal » Edit or Update goals.

Set up:
In Talent Notification we checked :

• HR Updates a goal

In Alert Composer for Performance Goals Alerts, we are using :

• Worker Notified After HR/Manager Edits Progress Of Goal
• Worker Notified After HR/Manager Edits Definition Of Goal
  

In Manage Administrator Profile:

HRG_ONLINE_PROCESS_THRESHOLD —> Site Profile Level = 100

Are there any solution to this issue ?
