Suspending and resuming activity should not impact uploading of live photos/documents in OFS

Summary:Hi Team,

If activity is suspended then resumed on Oracle Field Service, there should be a capability to upload live photos cannot be uploaded again. Ability to upload Live photos till Siebel order is closed or cancelled.

Can you please help and guide on this..
