creating an org hiearchy report that ends with contacts

Hello,

I would like to create an organization hierarchy report that shows the levels of the hierarchy for an organization and its contacts.  Ideally it would be a tree approach - where I click an org, see the contacts directly associated with that org and the child organizations, then pick a child organization and see its contacts and child organizations, if any.

I get something close, but I get a lot of repeating values and no values and it doesn't identify in the report itself where in the hierarchy I am, just in the breadcrumbs at the top of the report.
