Performance Document - Not Opening in MSS and ESS
Summary:
Dear team,
We did performance document setup in dev environment. It was working as expected till 20-Sep. But suddenly it stopped working while clicking on hyperlink it is not opening the documents.
We tried with custom role / Seeded Role (Employee).
Followed a customer connect note added following services to custom role but it is still not working.
Use REST Service - Worker Assignments List of Values
Use REST Service - Workers List of Values
Use REST Service - Talent Worker Check-Ins
Regenerate the custom role.
Any other suggestions?
