Dependents data is not showing in Benefit self service page

Summary:

Employee after selecting the Benefit options for the insurance plan, Under People to cover contacts are available after selecting the option like Employee+ Spouse. Spouse details are available in the system but in the benefit admin self service page under dependents section data is not showing.


Navigation:- Benefit Administration > Enrollment > Search Person > Benefit Plan > Dependents Section
