Deferred Tax Regional Not Populating

Trying to make sure my regional reports are tying out, but noticing my Deferred Tax Regional won't populate even after Consolidation.

I have data showing in Temporary Difference, Temporary Difference Regional, Deferred Tax National, and US and US Blended rates entered in CY and PY, also checked Active Region flag.

Let me know what I might be missing, thanks.
