Custom analysis on Service Home

We would like to customize the home page of the Service Center (Service Home) by adding different sections than those currently available. We have searched extensively through Oracle's documentation but have not found any relevant information on this topic. The only customization option we found was for the Sales Dashboard, but nothing specific for Service.

Our customer's requirement is to replace the current sections "Recent Service Requests," "My Service Request Status by Quarter," and "My Service Request Categories by Quarter"

with the following: Service Requests that are "In Progress", Service Requests where the customer is awaiting a reply and Service Requests that the logged-in user should work on
