Entity Total is not accurately populated in TAR form

I have six US entities rolling up to a US parent.

All current year and deferred activities are booked in the children entities, except for NOLs and VAs are recorded at the parent level.

In various reports such as Current Provision and Temporary Difference forms when I used the Entity Total POV for the US parent entity, it would show the correct total of all the children plus any amounts booked in the Parent Entity.

However, in the TAR form, when I use the Entity Total POV for the US parent, it would not show any amounts from the children entities. How do I fix this?
