Assignee Not Able to Reopen Task or View Completed Task Once Marked Done

Is there a way for the Assignee (employee or pending worker) to be able to reopen the task on their own behalf or at least view what they have submitted after they've selected Done to close out the task? If that Assignee wants to go back in and make adjustments there is no way to do so unless the owner reopens the task for them, and that will typically remove what they've already done, forcing them to start that task over. This could be a major issue if the Assignee selects 'Done' on accident before fully completing the task.
