SQL that returns Audit status for Expense Reports

Cloud ERP R13 24C - Expenses

Am trying to write a report that returns ER data. Users have requested that Audit details are included. IE Did the ER require Audit and was the Audit Complete.

How can I use SQL to determine if an ER requires Audit or Not and if so has it been Audited and when ?
