How to add a link to the Final Feedback Digital Signature - Oracle Fusion Redwood

I need to add a hyperlink in the digital signature field for our Worker Final Feedback step of our Performance Evaluations. I was able to edit the text for the digital signature using the UI Interface tool. But I cannot figure out to add a hyperlink using that method. This was the recommendation for me by Oracle.

I additionally tried using Edit Page - Visual Studio Builder to edit but that is not an allowed section to edit at this time.
