What is the impact of having different dates in quarterly document
What will be the impact if the start and end dates of the Q2 performance document differ from the review period dates? The system allows date changes within the document period; in our case, the Q2 document covers July to September, and the dates have been adjusted accordingly. We’ve used the primary review period from April to March 2025, allowing for date modifications and backdating within this range. Given this setup, what potential impacts could arise? So far, documents are assigned based on eligibility and accessible to both employees and managers. I would appreciate a prompt response.
