Source "None" or please select

Summary:

We have a list of candidate source which includes "None" and it has a description of Do not Delete. In our career centre settings, the Source field is not defaulted to anything only to "None". Can you please advise if this "None" source is a standard value that we really cannot delete?

One of our recruiters wants to add a Please select as source and wants it as default. Will there be any issue if we add Please select in the lists of sources? how about if we update the "None" to "Please select"
