How to activate Approve Performance Goal when the Line Manager add a goal for the Employee
Hi team,
actually we have enabled the "Approve Performance Goal" because we are looking for send the Goals added by the Line Manager in Performance Document for approval.
Is it possible considering Oracle HCM capabilities?
Let me better explain:
We have configured the Performance Template with one Set Goal section in order to make the Line Manager able to add Goals for Employee, in addition to the "HR Goals". The client asks for having an approval workflow after the Line Manager added new goals and submitted the performance document.
Is it possible to have a situation like this?
