Is it possible to pull values from fields in Document Records in Compensation Plan Worksheet?
Hi,
We are looking for a system solution for a client requirement in workforce compensation.
The client is currently managing their Bonus plans in Google sheet and we are bringing them to Oracle. For personal bonus, an employee should fill out a Bonus Schedule form with financial targets and non-financial targets set and the weighting of each target. This will then be used to calculate the bonus % they can receive at the end of the bonus year. Client's compensation team is responsible for transferring each individual's targets into the master worksheet for bonus calculation manually at the moment.
We would like to find a solution to store Bonus Schedules in Fusion to reduce the manual work for the Reward team and enable data of targets and their weighting to be pulled into the Personal Bonus plan worksheet automatically.
