Is it possible to manually add final disbursement to calculation card?
If "Disburse positive balance" on termination is unchecked on absence plan, is it possible to manually add Final Disbursement to calculation card at termination?
Our scenario is that we have employees with multiple assignments enrolled in a PTO plan that requires balance payout at termination. Although employees have multiple assignments we have them enrolled in the plan on their primary assignment record only and use a workaround to accrue hours from all eligible assignments into a single balance. If employees have an assignment change in which their enrolled assignment is ended and another eligible assignment is made primary, the final disbursement is triggered. In that case we would prefer to make the balance available for reinstatement upon enrollment on a new assignment record. Therefore,
