The Art of the Possible: Direct Access to Service Request Details

Overview

This guide will show you how to skip the foldout panel and go straight to the Service Request Details page. Don't worry - the foldout panel is still there if you need it. You can always open it to see the action bar, which has more options and views.

In this example, users can go directly from the service request list to the details of a specific request. They can do this by clicking on the request number in the list. This skips the extra step of opening a side panel first.
