Unable to Submit SR in New UI of Oracle Support

In the new Support UI launched yesterday (11/11/24), we are unable to raise the SRs as the 'Next ' button stops appearing by the end of the questionnaire. There is no further buttons such as Next or Proceed or Submit available to proceed any further. Only button visible is 'Cancel'.

The SRDC document enlists the steps to upload the diagnostic test result to the SR. However, no field to attach the document appears so far anywhere in this page.

Also, we have tried with different combination of answers to the questions - all resulted to the same issue.

Please advise if anybody faced this and was able to resolve?
