Development goal shared notification received twice

Hello All,

we enabled the notification from Tools>Alert Composer>Development Goals alerts: Worker Notified After Manager/Colleague Shares a Goal.
When the Goal is shared the email is triggered twice, one is FYI Development Goal (name of the goal) Shared and one is Development Goal (name of the goal) Shared.
How can we disable the second one?
