Ability to set Minimum no. of Competencies to be added in Performance Document

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to achieve in performance evaluation. Our process is Set Goals (Employee &Manager) → Self-Evaluation → Manager Evaluation.

The document has 5 competencies automatically added from the template, apart from these 5 Competencies the employee is supposed to add 3 additional competencies in the performance document and set the weightages of all the other competencies during the Set-Goals Task.

The Condition is that the employee should not be able to complete the Set Goals Task if the additional 3 competencies are not added in the performance document. In total the employee is evaluated based on 8 competencies (5 Core Competencies and 3 Competencies of Employee's choice
