Post Work Order Charges by Technician from other BU

Summary:

We have the business case where field service engineers would be supporting other business units, for example a customer from Netherlands have requested for a repair and the service request was created in Netherlands business unit. However, since the skill set required for the work order is only present in the Singapore entity resource pool, an engineer from Singapore needs to support the Netherlands business customer. The Singapore engineer inventory org is under Singapore Unit. The service request was created by the Netherlands business unit, but the technicians used was from who belongs to Singapore Inventory Org. The
