Journey tasks not visible under My Tasks tab in Journey

Hi all,

We are facing this issue on Production where our journey tasks are getting triggered to performer but they are not able to see the tasks under My Tasks tab in journey. We are trying to replicate on Test environment, but this issue is not happening.

Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
