Onboarding Journey Email Notification for New Hires

Hi experts,

Our business wants to send an email notification for a specific Onboarding Journey to all the new hires to notify them that this specific journey has been assigned to them.

We have been testing and working around Nudges for Journeys and we have been able to configure the Nudge in order to when a new hire joins the company and is assigned the Journey he will be notified by email. However, the problem is that the Nudge works everyday because we have the job running "Process HCM Nudges" and the New hire receives the email notification every day and this is not the requirement. The requirement is just that when he joins and is assigned that journey he receives one email notification.
