Employee cannot see description field in Journey

Summary:

Hi,

I noticed that descriptions field saved for a Journeys and its tasks within the checklist template it's visible for the HR but not visible for the EMPLOYEE:

HR View on the Journey from Explore page:

Field "descrizione" is visible on both General Info and Task side—>

EMPLOYEE view on the Journey from My Journey page:

No description seen here —>

I saw other posts on this community asking the same question but all of them are still without responses.
