Customers not using AOR which is areas of responsibility users can simply modify the text and publish it within seconds to put in contact information for their benefits area. Few screenshots below to show navigation.

Customers could change the help text that you see on the benefits of landing page and also the support tab.
Users can enable a sandbox and add the tool “user interface text”.
Users can then search for the correct seated help text and replace it by using this tool, see screenshots below make sure you enable your sandbox and publish it when complete.
