Disable Edit Task, Edit Due Date, Reassign Task, Remove Task etc. for Journey assigned by employee
Summary:
We're developing a Journey to request Parental Leave. We want to allow the employee to initiate that Journey from a direct link (which can be communicated by the Digital Assistant, a link on the intranet etc). That link looks like this: https://xxxxxxxxx.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/redwood/worker-journeys/journey/journey-details?journeyId=300001896184010.
There's two issues with that:
- There is an Actions dropdown that shows Assign and View Activity. How can we get rid of that? [Edit: resolved by setting Profile Option "ORA_PER_JOURNEY_SECURITY_ENABLED" to Yes and checking the "Enable data security checkbox"]
The Security settings do not allow Assign; we also don't want View Activity to appear:
