Responsys CED file for Complaints only includes Hotmail domain, and includes many duplicates
We get CEDs regularly but suspect we haven't configured this in an optimized manner. Reasons I think this is the case:
- We only get the results from Hotmail domain — this can't be comprehensive given the size of our typical audience.
- There are a fair amount of duplicates — we typically dedupe and our count is reduced by between 50-60% by deduping.
I believe the first to be a much more important question. Any recommendations?
