Collections Agent unable to view all collectors in collections module

Summary:

We are trying to allow our collections agents to be able to view all data in the collections module, including accounts that are assigned to other collectors. Our current configuration is only allowing the collector to be able to view the accounts that have the profile class assigned to them. IE a certain account in customer master has the profile with a collector of John Smith, he can only see those accounts in the collections dashboard. We want John Smith to be able to see all his accounts in collections, as well as Tim Smith's accounts.

I cannot seem to figure out how to accomplish this. Any help would be appreciated.
