Exception during RestAction in Performance Document

Summary: Experiencing an inconsistent issue when trying to access Performance Documents as a Manager. When attempting to view an associate's document, I sometimes encounter an "Exception during RestAction" error.

Using Admin the primary symptom is that the page continuously loads without ever displaying the Performance Document. This behavior is inconsistent; for some of the employee the document opens correctly, while for other it results in the error and indefinite loading.

Could you please let us know the resolution for this issue.
