Error "Autocompletion failed" when using search in Benefits Service Center

Summary:

Navigate to Benefits Administration > Enrollments > Search Person

If we type the name/ID in and accurately select the record, we do not have any problems. However, if we do not select the record correctly and hit enter, we get the autocompletion error and then the screen freezes and we have to exit out, reload, and then go back and properly select the record.

This was not a problem until we turned on Oracle Search.

Any idea why the error would keep populating?
