How to hide "Request New Supplier" action in RSSP homepage

Summary:

Hi Oracle community,

We would like to hide the "Request New Supplier" option on the RSSP Homepage "Actions". However, unlike the other actions, there is no way to hide this field. Please see screenshots below.

Please can you advise:

  1. If it is possible to hide the "Request New Supplier" option
  2. If it is not possible, can the action be hidden by a removing a privilege? Note, we still want Users to be able to "Create Supplier" from the "Suppliers" application.
