After enabling Candidate Redwood ESS UI Name format is missing field

Summary: We have enabled Redwood UI for OM Job Requisition Candidate Experience, but we can see that preferred first name field (Known As) field is missing after moving to Redwood when tried to check in Visual Builder field is not appearing in express mode.

Anyone faced issue with name format after moving to Redwood in ORC?
