Need to be able to download Search Results in RSSP

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Our procurement users require that they be able to download search results in RSSP. We found instructions on how to do this on support. The instructions tell us to export the search by clicking on the Actions drop-down list and Select Export. We do not see an option to Export on the page to allow us to do this. Would this be enabled via a profile option?
