unable to see the life event under the Self-reported life event
Summary:
Employee has reported a life event from the self-service and is in the submitted state. Admin can see number 1 under self-reported life events in the overview section and when clicked on number 1, it takes to the self-reported life events section but I do not see the life event here. Am I missing any privileges for the benefits admin role here?
I appreciate any suggestions.
