How to Add/Create a Metric Card for the Service Home Page

NOTE: I used an existing report that I found under Tools > Reports and Analytics. The report is called SRs Closed First Time Resolution and the location is /shared/Service/_filters/Source OTBI Content - Service Home Page

1. Open VB Studio and create a new project

2. Under App UIs, navigate to Customer Experience > Service Center > Service > ec > sr > service-home

3. In Page Designer > Metrics Container, make a duplicate copy

4. Create a new section, for example My Resolved
