How to add 'Create Case' as a Quick Action

Steps:

  1. Create Sandbox
  2. Add & Navigate to Structure
  3. Click on Service -> Quick Actions -> Expand Service Center Quick Links 
  4. Click on Create
  5. Enter Quick Action Details

Option 1: ion click of Create Case Button from Quick Actions, you will taken to a new tab

Link Type: Static Url
Destination: https://<ENV>/fscmUI/redwood/service/ec/container/case/create
e.g.https://fa-wtpa-pintlabfadev.fa.ocs.oc-test.com/fscmUI/redwood/service/ec/container/case/create

 Option 2: Navigation will work as if you have clicked create case page from Case UI
