Candidate Merge Issue for Dependents/ Beneficiary

In Oracle Recruiting, the system does not allow merging a candidate record with their existing contact, dependent, or beneficiary record unless the merge validation is removed. Additionally, as per the business process, candidate records are not merged with contact, dependent, or beneficiary records, even if they share the same SSN and DOB.

As a result, HR manually hires the candidate by navigating to Manage Job Offers > Search for Candidate > Add Pending Worker. After this process, the candidate record is transferred to HR and processed.

Could anyone advise if this process has any downstream impact?
