I need a custom script to capture a assigned time of a ticket
Hi,
For a Response SLA report, we are capturing stop time as min(transactions.created). But there is a problem where incident reaches to wrong queue first and assigned to wrong agent first. It will captures this assigned time in report. I need to capture assigned time of right person from correct queue. How to do this?I think custom script is needed for this. Please help me to create this.
