Eloqua Google Ads bi-directional sync

Hello,

We would like to sync data back to Google Ads, whether someone is an MQL or not i.e. values 1 or 0. Has anyone done an integration or sync from Eloqua back to Google Ads? We already capture GCLID data and pass it over to Salesforce but now we'd like to pass the MQL values back to Google Ads.
