Redwood Questionnaire Content Section not appearing in Performance template

We are working on migrating to Redwood and while reviewing one of our anytime documents which has a questionnaire attached, it is not displaying all of the content sections. We had one section where we had a list of links to be referenced, and that section is missing. When I go to review the questionnaire the section is there. Is this a known issue between questionnaires and performance templates?
