OFSC Map layer API's can process GDB files ?

Summary:

Dear All,

There is a requirement from one of our customer to integrate ESRI to OFSC. At customer end ARGIS version is 10.8.1. In Oracle documentation's it says it supports version 10.9.1 or higher.
If we are not able to use the prebuilt integration, the other option will be using the Map layer API's.

Does the OFSC Map layer API's can process GDB files?
