How to deactivate a Particular Customer in Oracle Fusion Cloud ?

Summary:

Users are able to select a particular customer after it was deactivated from the AR Module. They are able to create some transactions in both quality / Service Module ie : Account Termination Date was populated for a particular Customer and Customer Site

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Expected behavior would be Oracle Fusion should not allow creation of Quality Issues / Action with a deactivated Customer. ie : the deactivated customer should not be coming under the LOV in the Standard Field Customer. We have deactivated the Customer ie : Registry ID by giving the parameter Account Termination Date. I have attached a case with one of our customer and also terminated. But still this customer is appearing in the Customer Standard Field LOV.
