Redwood Performance: how can New Manager sees history reviews for current direct reports?

Summary:

We have moved to Redwood for the talent module this year, things are going well so far. However, we used to have the new managers see old reviews done by other leaders to their current direct reports. For example, If David is an employee who had manager X in 2022, 2023, and 2024 and X has completed their review for the 3 years. If David got new manager Y in 2025, he/she should see their old reviews done by Y( Used to be in Responsive UI). However, now with the redwood leader Y is not seeing anything not even
